I dont have any knowledge on Indus valley civilisation nor read this book.
But what I know is, there were not many bones found in Indus valley and thats one of the mystery sorrounding why such a civilization vanished without any trace. If people were dead by war or natural disaster, bones should have been found but nothing was found except a few. Then how come this can be a burial place?
Dear LK and Satish The original Mohenjadaro excavations did find a lot of skeletons infact Mohenjadaro means mound of dead. http://www.mohenjodaro.net/ Its interesting our songwriters call beautigul women....mound of dead!!! more interestingly the songwriter proudly claims Kilimanjaro is a peak in the Everest mountain!!! In sun TV on the making of Enthiran!! Its actually the tallest peak in Africa! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Kilimanjaro KR Sri
