Lemuria & Tamil sangams - Palyaaga saalai mudhukudumi peruvazhithi
  • This Great Pandya King is believed to have held many Yagna's at the
banks of river Pahruli, according to Purananuru. Hence his title
    'Palyaagasaalai'.

The Pahruli River and the Capital, I guess, is Thenmadurai, as the later
capital of Pandyas was Kavaadapuram or Kapaadapuram.

There is evidence from Ramayana and Mahabharata on the capital of
Pandyas, getting shifted from Thenmadurai and Kapaadapuram. And both
these capitals are not present days Madurai. One such Tsunami to have
destroyed Kappadapuram is belived to be the one destroyed Poompuhar or
Kaveripoompattinam, because of Manimekalai's curse. But this is
    challenged by many learned scholars.

So the existence of Lemuria kandam and association of Tamil with it more
possible. From, again the book from Panmozhi pulavar Appadurai, he
mentions, the trees in Madagascar and near Thamiraparani are same or
similar. Hence the landmass movement and subsequent formation of
Madagascar and African continent saperation from Lemuria, is indeed a
    good subject for research.

    Hi
Kamal's new movie dasavatharam supposedly starts in this period
where a staunch vishnavite uses biological warfare on the king as a
retaliaton for the kings act in chidambaram.

Howdy, Stranger!
