Two schools of thought: - I believe that it will more efficient if we could build on the strenghts of an existing 'mandram' or 'organization' rather than starting our own. The advantages would be in numbers and recognition. - On the other hand, we may have to analyze how effective are the existing 'mandrams' and whether we would be able to perform much better on our own. For instance, we would have much flexibility in making decisions and can make sure that the most of us in our group get involved. Above all, we could also get ideas from those mandrams to execute our plans.
