ponniyin selvan is not a mystery novel. mystery and suspense is just a part of it. kalki's greatest achievement was humanising the historical charecters
aadityans murder is a real historical mystery. kalki was magnanimous enough not to pin the blame on anybody. just gave us a list of charecters to choose from.
devan is good i agree. but literature of two people is something that we cannot really compare
