Garudasevai Festival of the Month Oct-Nov – Aippasi.
Lord Siva and Lord Perumal are the deities given more importance in this month of Aippasi. Annabhishekamis a popular festival celebrated in all Shiva temples in Tamil Nadu on Aippasi pournami. Dula Sthanam (Holy bath in the river cauvery) is the important event of this month. Aippasi Garudasevai is also important festival in Vishnu temples.
