We need to meet again and discuss more before our trip. So, i think 26-Jan (coming sunday) will be ideal for the next meeting. As usual, please give out your identifications for easy identification.

Date :- 26-Jan-2003 Time :- 4:00 PM Place:- Marina beach, near the gandhi silai. Please sit under the feet of gandhiji. So that, we can identify each other easily.
In our meeting on 14th Jan, we have discussed about the following items.
1. Arrangement of transportation
A suggestion was given in the meeting regarding the transportation. We are going to visit almost interior villages and small temples. The van drivers in chennai may not be familiar with what we are willing to visit. So, if we travel by train till Kumbakonam and arrange a van there, it will be better. Because, the local van drivers will definitely know the places and they will be much familiar to the roads which will be helpful for us to decide the route and saving time. While returning, as per pavithra's plan, the last place we are going to visit is ariyalur and we can drop at Trichy and come back to chennai by train. Keep this idea in mind and think about it. Let us discuss it in our next meeting.
2. Trip dates
Some of our trip members are feeling that if the trip is postponed by one day, that will be better. Instead of 7,8&9th, if it is 8,9&10th, it will be easy for them to get the leave from their offices. Because, the work load on monday will be comparatively lesser than friday. But they are ready to travel on 7,8&9th itself if 8,9&10th is not convenient for others. Let us discuss this also in our next meeting.
The remaining activities and issues to be decided during our next meeting are as follows.
1. Arranging for the stay in Kudanthai and Thanjavur
2. Arranging food and snacks
3. deciding boarding point
4. Money handling
5. Other miscelleneous
So, let all of us participate in the meeting without fail and help deciding faster as we have little time left out.
