one more site to read / view
  • Dear Mr. Ramanath,
The creator of that website you have so kindly
given us, is an acquaintance of mine -- a very
modest man, Michael Gunther, who I had the
privilege of knowing on a tour of North India,
    back in '01.
    We started naming the Dikpalas
as we circled the Jagat Mandir, Udaipur Dist.,
and I realized he was a kindred spirit.
Just thought you might be interested.

  • Dear SPS,
The Mike Gunther referred to a while back,
is the man who created the www.art-and-archaeology
    website, Michael D. Gunther.
Here's the quote from his home page:
"Welcome to Old Stones, a website about selected topics in
ancient art and archaeology. The material on this site includes
original photographs, images, essays, timelines, and links
    to related art history pages."
In case you're still interested in seeing his contributions.
    Kathie
