Blowing trumpets- Part II
  • Dear All...

Hi, Sreevathson...congrats on your drama work. Hope it succeeds.

    > i know its time for action, trust me i dont want to go to archieves
and read all the stuff, if anyone can afford some time please let me
know from where the present things are going to go around. where are
we all standing and aheading to.

Actually...the archives are the best bet.:-) But it can be a tiring
    job, so here's a precis:

We're standing at an important place indeed. Aside from what we
expect from ourselves, outsiders expect a good deal from us. Events
that have brought us to where we are, right now:

    1. The Mudhal Yathirai- and *that* was a milestone
    2. Press coverage in Kalki and the Indian Express
    3. Interview in the SUN TV about the group
    4. Circulation of our agenda in a good many egroups (and here thanks
    must go to Mathy:-)
    5. Input from people like Dr.Jaybee, Manikandan, Gokul, etc about
    hardcore history
    6. Getting PS on the Net (refer 'Blowing Trumpets- Part I:-))

You know, I think Gokul's Note to new members does this a lot more
    justice.:-)

    Where we're headed from here:

1.Getting history into the Top Ten list as much as we can
2.Getting in touch with people who are interested in No.1 given above
    3. Posting material related to history- so its accessible to Netters-
    and everyone else...
    4. Getting the PS site online- togther with Dr. Kalaikovan's works.
    5. Arranging more heritage trips

Sri, Ram, Gokul, Latha, Sathya, Thilak et al...what have I left out?:-
    )

Who said blowing our own trumpets is tiring?
