My first thought at RRC accusation was shock and anger (sounded almost blasmephous).. after all, the conversation between RRC and the senior monk of chudamanu viharam is unforgettable. RRC refuses singala throne saying he doesnt want to belong to a royal line where kings killed their fathers and brothers.. It may have been Kalki's imagination of how RRC was.
Howvere, looking at hard facts, all we know about RRC are his invasions and the big temple. I have no clue about his personal character. All the Mughal kings built mosques and prayed, but how gruesome was their ascent to the throne every generation! (The Twentieth wife is a great fictional tale based on Nur Jahan.. worth a read)
