Making PS electronically available is a good idea. There has been some work happening in making converting lot of literary works. I would recommend checking Project Madurai:
The group will provide good advise for us in starting our e-PS project.
I believe some OCRs are available with a greater percentage of accuracy. We could use OCRs to convert PS into electronic form.
But, before getting into this project, I would recommend understanding the size of the project and commiting your time to do this. We need to complete this project fully (with all 5 chapters) and this may take significant time.
