    kumudam paatheengalaaa????

madan in his " naan oru rasigan " la talks about lankadharan and how
    he wanted to defeat pandya's.

tamizhargal dhaan veeran nnu niaichindirukira namakku might be an
    eyeopener.

adutha vaaram varaikkum wait panni paakkalaam enna solraarnnu....

evvalavu peroda kanavukkottaigal idinju vizha pordho???

    adra sakkai... adra sakkai...
  • In that case, I would like to hear about the next Pandya king, who
    avenged this.

  • natarajan srinivasan sir...

i was expecting u at the airport??? where had u gone???

somebody was telling earlier also that personal mails be addressed
    to personally instead of group....

it would have been better if u had sent me a personal mail regarding
this... anyways nothing can be done about it right now...

but is thanglish a bane furthered only by me or a "handful of
    persons" in this group???

anyway, i appreciate the second part of the mail where u like
my "mozhi patru". that is the real "You " sir.. not the one which
was expressed in the first part of the mail.
  • Dear Dhiwakar,

There are valourous warriors in all places.

"Veerargal ella mannilum ullanar." Thamizhargal mattume sirandha
veerargal enru solvathu veerathukum izhukku; Thamizhar perumaikkum
    izhukku.

But how many of them have been mighty yet magnanimous with a broad
mind, with a keen love for art, care for people and keen
    administrative abilities ?

Sadly, the Tamil (even South Indian) kings who have got all these
abilities have been sidelined by the academicians who write school
    text books.

We can boast of Mahendra Varman & Narasimha Varman amongst the early
Tamil kings. Of course, Rajendra Cholan was a great achiever in all
    these fields.

But the tallest was, no doubt, Rajaraja Cholan only.

    But I repeat, it does not mean that great warriors were only Tamils;
nor does it mean that a great warrior is always a great ruler or a
great man or a 'Sarithira Purushan'.
  • Dear Adrasakkai sir,

Good amount of literary theory/revelation followed by
few "Adrasakkai" wordings do not show that much bad
about the content & intent of the message which fit
    into this group

    Bye
