Thanks a lot for the overwhelming response to the Irandaam Yaathirai the Pudhukottai trip. To make the proper and better arrangements, please rush your entries by 30th of April 2003.
The mudhal yaathirai was purely based on PS but let this irandaam yaathirai be based on both PS and SS. The tentative places to be visited are,
1. Dr. Rasamanickanar Kalaikoodam ( an establishment by Dr. Kalaikkovan at Trichy ) 2. Thirumazhabadi kollidakkarai 3. Sudharsanam ( the establishment by Mr. Swaminathan at Pudhukottai ) 4. Sithannavaasal ( one of the important places in SS ) 5. Aavudaiyaar koil ( famous for it's kodungai ) 6. Kodumbaalur ( the birth place of vaanathi )
As Pavithra said, the tentative date for the trip is June 7&8. But is subject to change according to the return schedule of Mr Swaminathan from abroad. Those who want to participate in the trip, please provide the following details and post as a message to the group. I will consolidate them and upload the same once in 3 or 4 days as i did for mudhal yaathirai.
I would like to clarify the doubts asked by many interested members regarding the boarding points.
The tour will start from Chennai. In Chennai, you can board at either TTD temple TNagar or Hindu mission hospital Tambaram. If you are not in chennai, you can directly board at any place in our Itinerary. But, please register earlier. So that, we can arrange the accommodation and transportation properly.
